They have to be.<BR/><BR/>Overlooked and undervalued they generally have to work twice as hard as everyone else so that they can be true to themselves in the way that they teach as well as meet the requirements imposed by the mediocre within the organization. <BR/><BR/>Importantly the students are the ones that notice and appreciate the difference. As you suggest it is high time others began to take notice!
