'Obese' Gwen Gawith calls them. A 'mile wide and an inch deep' - or, as I heard Lester Flockton say once, they are 'stuffed' in both senses of the word. It has been 'death by strands'. Schools have wasted too much valuable time and energy 'delivering a dead duck'!<BR/><BR/>At least the Ministry are busy stock-taking them - be better if they had sent them to the undertaker and let schools get on with it! But then what would they have to do?<BR/><BR/>We all need to implement a curriculum of subtraction and do fewer things in depth! It is no wonder that many students seem to show little discipline or conviction or real interest in what they are doing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
